What are you trying to run it on?
If your car is already boost creeping, almost none of the EBC's out there will work "correctly".

If you get a 0.03kg/cm^2(?) flutter, I would think this is "good enough"?

.4bar is a litle low....set it higher..bout .7 or .8(11-12psi) providing you have enough fule....the BC will not hold it at the exact number you want...and remember,,,the stock turbo will not hold your set boost all the way to red line...should drop to about .3-.4 bar(5-6psi) after 5000 or 5500rpm...

Make sure everything has been hooked up correctly. That is responsible for 99% of the problems in my experience.
