alright so i have been trying to diagnose this problem with the car since i got it a month or so ago when it was running real half ***.
car had terrible boost leak at cuppler coming out of compressor as well as small vac hose leaks, at the same time i checked timing and it was terribly off so i set the timing correct.
then the car would barely run, or start now. and if it did it would run on mostly just one rotor
fuel pump was stock making some funky noises so i through in walbro i had laying around.
i figured out the map sensor wiring and got that figured out as well .
the other day i was playing with timing because i was told that with a rebuilt engine some ******** dont put the pulley on correctly so i might have been going off of the wrong marks.
two days ago i was playing with the crank angle sensor pulling it out adjusting ect.. and i got it. the car would start right up, fire both rotors and drive pretty damn good. boost fine , had a little stumble for a split second when i would mash the gas but then it would be fine. it still wouldnt idle tho.
so i go take it out for a few hours and had no real problems other than the throttle getting stuck at 2k or so.
then i drive it yesterday with same issues but it was doing fine.
THIS MORNING at 4am i go out to start it and it was being a Pain In THE *** . didnt start to good.
got it started it ran fine better than before not stumbling at lower rpm's driving great. then after about 2 min of driving BAM running on one rotor could harldy accel past 60mph in fifth .
any ideas please help

compression is great and yes i have adjusted the tps to proper setting.
is there something that would cause the ecu to cut fuel on 1 rotor or? would bad grounds to the fuel pump maybe cause it to run lean and it only fires one? im losing my mind trying to figure this out

Too much boost with the stock ECU and or pressure gauge will kill fuel on one rotor, but you didn't put down what car you have... Turbo or non turbo, factory ECU, modifications, etc?
I personally would doubt that it is running on one rotor, but if it is, it could be a bunch of different things, but you would need to know what motor, year of the car and ECU/set up you are running.

in the first or second line a mentioned boost leak at compressor ...... anyways yes it was running off one rotor im very familiar with what that is like lol.
1987 turbo II.
stock ecu. fcd. hks dp to custom. 720cc rci secondaries 550cc rebuilt primaries Walbro 255, no emissions ect.. tb mod done, car only boosts 8psi and when it runs like **** its at 0 boost ect.
i drove it home today after work and it ran absolutely fine besides a little stumbling at lower rpms and when i did a pull in 3rd gear it leaned out at 8psi at 5500 rpm.

Saying you're familiar with a rotary quirk here without any factual backup is like saying you know if it will rain today. You might be right, you might not, truth is we can't tell if you're actually right until you prove it. We'll need test results for this one.
Wait what?! Stock ECU + 720cc secondaries doesn't add up unless you're controlling fuel or the air flow signal somehow.
Also, have you checked for intake leaks and have you made sure your electrical grounds are working properly? I kind of assume you fixed that boost leak you already mentioned.
