Highest HP: S4 TII, stock turbo/intercooler

Has anyone dyno'd their stock turbo/stock intercooled S4 TII? What was your highest HP @ what specific PSI?

I'm trying to determine a basis for comparison with a certain specific aftermarket intercooler, and would like to see if their are any numbers out there to play with. Modifications to the post-turbo exhaust and aftermarket fuel injection or ignition are acceptable.

/I do not own an S4 TII.

There's a car for sale right now that made 260rwhp with the stock top-mount, but that was with a streetport and an S5 turbo.

Stock S4, with standalone EMS, upgraded secondaries and full exhaust, around 10psi you'd probably get close to 230rwhp, but that's purely a guess.

More importanly, what are your HP goals? Thats the key factor in parts determination, and remember that overboosting and surging is badbadbad in the long run...

You misunderstand me. I don't currently own, and have no plans to own an S4 TII.

I'm trying to find HP numbers for cars using the factory TMIC in conjunction with the stock turbo to compare with the numbers put down by a stock-turbo car with a specific aftermarket intercooler. If I can find a 'best-tune' HP number at the same boost pressure, on the same engine, port, and turbo I have a reasonable basis for comparison.

I'm not so naive as to believe all things are equal across the board between two different cars. There are a million variables from ambient barometric pressure and temperature to what the freaking tuner had for lunch and I realize that.

However, I believe the aftermarket-intercooled car's HP numbers are sufficiently in excess of what is possible on a stock port, stock turbo/intercooler-equipped car that no amount of tuning or further modification to the fuel, spark, or exhaust system will even get the "stock" setup close on a given boost-pressure. (Not including n2o, methanol, water-injection, etc.)

/Just call it a bar bet.

The problem with baselining is that what you're looking for is extremely hard to find.
99% of the cars have high mileage.
Over half of them are modified.
To find that pristine, low-milege specimen is next to impossible.

In my experience, a stock engine, stock turbo, stock IC, stock ECU (full exhaust and aftermarket intake) running at around 13 to 15psi puts out about 220 to 230 at the wheels.

I expect as much, but figured someone had to have dyno'd their near stock car. I guessed 220 myself.
