Question Higher RPM Power

Quick question, i have a 1989 S5 turbo and i was wondering if it's normal to notice a little power loss above 6000rpm, from 3000-6000rpm it has lots of ***** but just over 6000rpm it kinda falls of a bit....

thanx guys....

i tried searching also, and it's 2am so there's no experts i can PM quickly....

Mods?
If you're not running a boost controller, it's normal.
