Question Higher boost, still no cut?

Hi to all,
So, the aother night I took the FC out for a spin, it was around 1:30am and the air temp was pretty cold (at least for us, down from the 80's to low 60's).
Anyway, the car definetly felt pulling muuuch better and when I glanced at the boost gauge I saw 11psi! Usually it has always being at 7-7.5.
I can understand this being due to the colder air, what strikes me is that it never fuel cutted, even if I don't have a FCD; I tried in 3rd, 4th and even 5th gear. Always the same. Also, it wasn't creeping to 11 then coming down, it just hit it by 5k and stayed there.
How comes it didn't cut?....

My mods:
Complete T2 swap (Engine, ECU, tranny, suspensions, etc., etc.)
Engine and ECU are JSpec N318

2,500 miles on rebuild
All emissions removed, 2,5" dual exhaust
Manual boost controler (set to 7.5 psi)
Super AFC (mixture between 10.8 and 11.6 all the time, at 7.5 psi)
HKS Sequential BOV
K&N Air Filter

Dynoed 187 rwhp

Thx for your time
Best regards

Alejandro
