High RPM Bucking

Hi Guy's, have a little problem. I searched the forum and didn't come up with much.
I have an 87 FC completely stock. I can rev up to 7k with no problem as long as I do it slowly. If I hit it hard I get a wild studder and bucking at 4 to 7k RPM's. I have changed the plugs and wires, new air filter and all the fluids have been changed in the last month. I have new grounds and a fairly new battery.
Like I said I can take it up to 7k with no problem slowly but when a load is put on it the car just bucks and loose's power, any suggestions?

ok, iv had similar problems and messed with some things . and maby fixed it from luck, but scince you have new plugs ect.. possibly you need to chek and adjust you TPS. when i had that problem i just needed to re adjust mine and it was ok after that. also check for possible vac lines that might have broke. and make sure your mass air flow meter is plugged in good also. I hope that helps a little bit.

change the feul filter and the pre-filter on the pump. if you cant hunt down a new pre-filter a least take it out and hit it with a can or two of carb cleaner than put it back in, should take care of things.

your 5th & 6th ports.... same thing was happening to my car. i had way too much carbon deposited in them and they wouldn't turn at all, not even by hand, had to break 1 of the port cylinders when taking them out recently cuz it was stuck so hard.

check your ports hopefully it'll just be that.

i opted to just take them out myself, not sure if u want to go that route
