High RPM after warm up

After the motor is warmed up, When I restart the car my RPM"s jump above 3 and then settles down again. I'm sure it's an adjustmentment but I'm not sure which one it is. Any Idea's?

This is an 86 GXL non turbo. I noticed yesterday that now it is reving just as I start it. I'm sure this is an adjustment...

Its probably normal. You should get rid of that cold start assist **** its bad for the engine its only their to improve emissions.
