e-brake trouble

hey i just got my brakes fixed a while ago, i would have done it myself but there was like 2 feet of snow on the ground. anyway when i got the car back i took it to get a tuneup and an oil change any way at the dealership they bent the door(ouch) so they went to fix and could'nt so i got a new door for free(yay)and since the door was new it looked all sexy and they had to blend the whole car double yay. anyway i havent had the car to long and when i pull up my ebrake it seems to tighten and then i hear a pop and it really has no pressure. now the car can't even lock up the rear tires which it used to be able to do. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Tony Montana
