High pitched starting
I've tried to find out what this means exactly. I've been searching for about the past hour. even before my motor swap, my car was giving me trouble starting. It would crank, but keep cranking (high pitched) and after giving it some gas, it would start, slowly, but start. afterwards, it would run and idle fine. what is this exactly?? what should i check for and how would i remedy this?

i switched from a Jspec to the Aspec ECU, and now, i have no problems at all. i think the Jspec ECU was malfuctioning. so timing would affect the flooding in it. is the Jspec fried or would i need to adjust the timing to run accordingly. With the Aspec ECU, the car runs smoother, N3Y4 was the Jspec ECU and i did the TII swap. anyone have any problems from switching back and forth?
