high idle... bac? or other cause?
high idle... bac? or other cause?
well guess what? i have that bouncing 1400-1600 rpm problem... i checked the bac... the resistance is 0.02 ohms...? would that have caused the high idle problem? if so, can i just cap off the bac and unplug it?
(kinda in a hurry to get it running again... i will take the bac off when i get a chance to, since i dun have p/s and a/c anymore)

Not really any need to take it off, just take it off and clean it out with some carb-cleaner, then hook it up to 12 volts and listen for a click and verify that it opens, then put it back on. Could also be a faulty cold start with a non-adjusted TPS.

then it's definatly not coldstart related
Clean the BAC, then if it still idles the same, adjust the TPS again using a digital multimeter and reading the ohms, if that doesn't do it, check for vacuum leaks
