Smile High HP? Check out my solid Diff mount

For those of you with TII having trouble keeping diff mounts to last...

Here's what I came up with. I can already see what I did wrong, because I now can't adjust the pinion angle with this setup, at the time I thought the spaces were there just for the mount, now in retrospect I think I shouldn't have welded the subframe like that but a different way. Anyways, here's the mount and subframe pics.

If people are interested I can get additional mounts made, price depends on how many people we have interested. I have noticed no increased NVH untill over 120mph, then just a little bit of vibration apon decelleration. I also have a loud exhaust, so that might have covered any up a little, under 100mph it drives just like a normal rx7. I also did the pinion snubber mod in addition to this.

shurly someone makes urathane replacements. hopefully your motor doesnt make too much power, you might end up with a bent sub frame, or worse, a broken component housing!

you also might wanna try a little finnese with the loud pedal. "you can drive fast with out driving hard!" ancient racing proverb.

hehe I'll tell my uncle about his welds, he's been welding for like 20 years so I'm sure he'll like that.

There is no finnese when you driving a 400hp/400 torque V8 monster, who wants to let off that gas?? I know some of the turbo guys making 400-500hp could use something like this.
