Hey - the fog lights go off with the brights on.

I've been thinking of re-wiring the fog lamps into the parking lights like they should be. Question is what would I do with the fog lamp switch?

 

I don't mind that the fogs go off when the brights are on, but it would be nice if I could use them with the parking brake.

If you figure it out be sure to let me know what wires to cut and cross. :p

I found this for wiring daytime running lights, but I'm not sure that the fog lights would be on at the same time. If I knew they worked with this rewire, I'd do it this weekend!

Anyone happen to know???

BTW, think it'd be cool for the PARKING lights to be on when running, but the clock still be fully lit.....

he worked his magic on my car with a relay but i removed the fogs for now...

 

Hey don't forget to check your state regs first... some states (like here in CA) it is illegal to have your fogs hooked up to come on with your parking lights. They have to be hooked up to come on with head lights.

But then its illegal to drive with just your parkinglights on in CA too, so go figure...
