hey doing currently 88 auto to manual swap... what the fu@k do all the wires for the tranny hook up too????????

Get your hands on the FSM wiring manual, at TEAMFC3S.ORG

All you need to know is on pages 50-18 & 50-28 (S4 cars). Or most of what you need to know, anyway

Get the manual gearbox chapter too. It shows you where all the switches are.
