Unhappy Hesitation Problem HelP

I hope someone can help. I have an 88 T2 and I still have the 4k hesitation problem. This is after the following mods.

1. Regrounding the ECU
2. Changing The Fuel injectors (to 720cc )
3. Regrounding the engine (factory to the firewall with 4 gauge)
4. Regounding Engine to battery (4 gauge)
5. Replaced spark plugs. (I know this does not help but I am sure it needed it)

What I have not done is chase the injector grounds back to ecu.

Does anyone know where the relay for the injector is located???

Also when the car is cold and med temp it hesitates. If I run the car for 10-15 minutes let it sit (engine off) and restart, the hesistation is gone. Also the car makes more power. But in this situation the low rpm power is alot worse and it wont idle for crap.

I need help. The local Mazda dealer did not even have a qualified mechanic to work on the vehicle (I knew more) My questions are

1. Will rewiring the injectors back to the ecu help
2. Will replacing the relay for the injector help

My other mods include
SAFC
Bonez Downpipe
Test Pipe
Racing Beat Exhaust
Cone air intake and TID mod
The car makes about 11-13psi in 2nd gear depending on temp.

Thanks for anyone's reply

Change to all 720's or just the secondaries?
You haven't gotten the S-AFC tuned correctly...

I am using all 720s

I initially set the SAFC at -20% for starters and now changed teh SAFC to -30 1k and 2k and -20 from 3k up to 8k. The original injector size was 550 (so I assume that 720 is 30% larger hence will deliver 30% more fuel with same injector pulse timing) Is this flawed thinking? If someone has recommendations for the SAFC setup please post

BTW I also have the Autometer boost, a/f and voltage (voltage not hooked up yet)

Thanks for a reply

Estimations on math from capacities is a good rule of thumb, but you could still be off by as much as 10%-15%.

Try jacking the 4kRPM adjustment by 5% and see if it gets worse - if it does, dial is back 10% (so net -5% from baseline) and see if the problem gets better.&nbsp Start jacking it doesn in 2% more increments to see if the problem clears up...
