Hesitation Occuring Under Low-Mid Throttle

hey guys i just got my rebuild done like a week ago, had a huge trouble starting it. but now i got it all figured out and actually started driveing it. its got around 25-30 miles on it now. but if i go over a certian % throttle it will totaly bog out. btu as long as i stay at real low throttle its fine. i know i am missing grounds from neg battery cable to chasis adn block to body. all the grounds i haev hooked up are ones in wiring harness. could that be a problem? any idea will help thanks.

Yep, definetly, at the very least you need the OEM grounding points at the starter, and the bonding jumper thingy from the tranny upper surface to the firewall. You're bogging because the ECU can't find a good circuit ground for the injectors & sensors...

The neg cable to chassis point on the left strut tower is also important for everything else on the car...Headlights, etc...

Remember, don't go crazy putting "new" grounds all over the place, just one good conductive ground between the engine & firewall is all you need. If you removed the grounding ring terminal under the UIM, you're going to have to reattach it at the original spot, or close by (the one at the end of the emissions harness on top of the engine there). If you are missing the tranny-to-firewall ground strap, you can manufacture another one from some 14 or 12 gauge wiring with ring terminals at each end. Bolt one end to the engine (or that tranny spot), and the other to the firewall, making sure to remove a circular area of paint where the terminal will sit, for a good electrical connection...

ok wayne i added a new 10 gauge wire from neg battery cable to strut tower, adn i foudn my old ground from UIM to behind wiper motor. i also switchd TPS adn reset it. but now i have a little different hesitation. its at like 3/4 throttle adn its between 2200-2600. btu it only happens sometimes. im thinking it might be because i have 720cc primarys so im gonan change that tommorow. anythign else i should check?
