hesitation/mad misfire, and annoying damn beeping! help appriated

alright a couple issues that have pushed my last nerve, first off i will start with the hesitaion misfire thing, whenever i hold a constent rpm the car will start to misfire really badly, doesnt matter if im cruising down the freeway, or if im sitting there free revving, it will do it, its so annoying i can punch babies(but not really) the only time it will stop is if i give it alittle gas nad go into boost, or if i let off the throttle and depress it again. it never used to do this, just randomly started to a couple months ago, and sometimes it will go away if i have been driving for over an hour consitantly. other than that i have replace the fuel filter, adjusted the tps useing the 2 light method, checked and redid the timing im lost.

And issue #2 the damn 5 beeping thing, where it beeps 5 time constantly, to tell me my steering wheel is not aligned or something, its annoying. but my point being is there a way i can eliminate that beep because i aligned my steering wheel and got an alignment but it still does it. only does it when i have the power steering fuse in. i dont like driving and hearing that beep its so aggravating.

please help me

i had a thought and i started thinking it could be my CAS, because about a year ago my old cas started going out, and made my car hesitate like mad, but after a week just stopped working, then i replaced it with my old CAS from a blown JDM motor i had then it worked perfectly, and about 4 months ago it started doing it again. so im going to try another CAS to see if that works. which brings me to another question. are the s4 na, and t2 CAS the same?
