Hesitation at high rpm and boost

I have a problem with my car sputering when i go WOT i have my boost controler turned down to 10-12 psi, and if i push the pedal only half way i still run the same amount of boost and no hesitation. I have a ported motor,HKS F-CON, wallbro 255 fuel pump, NGK wires, and iradium IX plugs, I run only high octane gas, and Im thinking its a ingition problem. ANY IDEAS???

I had a similar problem. Does your stick shifter wobble ?
Does your car start hard after it warms up ? Is your idle not steady as a rock ?

Bad news is you could have a chipped apex seal. I would get a compression check. Yes the stock turbo will make lots of boost but I've been told thats bad because it heats the charge too much. Hope it isnt.
