hesitation from hard cornering

Some odd reason.. i swear if i try to corner hard and go wot , the car hesitates... as if its saying "no i will not let you do that" .. Forreals, i try clutch kicking and it does it.. *wont let you drift lol* hesitates for a few seconds, then im on my way. I cant even spin the tires.. Otherwise in a straight or gradual im fine and she opens up. Feels like a fuel cut from like an inertia switch *thats the best way i can describe it.* A friend suggested it could be grounds, to reseat and plug back up the ecu and check the grounds.. I did that, made sure it was grounded. Checked for boost leaks and reseated couplings. Still does it. I even made some engine bay ground wires from stereo wiring from the bat to the firewall, firewall to the intake manifold.

Car has a knight sports fuel cut defencer and a mitsu evo9 fuel pump.

lol...

Replace the fuel sock on the end of your pump inside the tank. I had this same problem until I replaced it...and I tried hard not to believe that such a simple $5 sock could be the problem...but it was.

I would replace those classy zip ties with some stainless ones.

My friend has this same problem, but from a Miata. He's changed the sock//fuel filter/fuel pump. I know that many ppl on here don't know much about Miata's, but if anyone does, can you help us out?

And before I get bad vibes, I post on here because I trust that ppl on here know their stuff, and I know alot of rotorheads also know some about miatas. Thanks in advance!

see, thats the thing. We don't have any direction to start with. We did reground his ignition coil earlier and it did help a little bit, but it still has issues(and he broke a stud on the valve.) Not 100% sure what we are supposed to check for on his MAF either. All electrical values on it match what the FSM said. Other then that, were stumped.
