I've been getting a hesitation in high RPM's(mainly 5-6k in 2nd gear), but I don't hear any popping or other noises to make me think it is detonation. I was wondering what it could be..if anybody else has this problem and how they fixed it. Mods include-DP, catback, intake, and FCD..I still have the main cat. installed.

 

What's your boost like? Fuel pressure? Basic tune up done recently? Plugs/wires/filters?

 

I'm running upgraded wires and stock NGK plugs..I'm in the process of installing a boost gauge, and Dave at K&D rotary just tuned it for me. I just put in a new filter a month ago..I've got an FD fuel pump but I don't want to install it till I get an egt gauge and an S-AFC.
