Hesitation. Bucking, no power. and glowing red exhaust

I have a brand new hi flow cat and cat back exhaust.. i have no power. through any rpm. i have a low rpm bucking and and after pushing the pedal past 35 percent the car just gives me a rumbling sound and doesnt accelerate. just makes like a air intake sound. and i took the car for a drive for a few minutes and still no power. i went and checked under the hood. and since this is the first time i opened the hood of the car at night.. i saw the exhaust manifold glowing bright red. right near the o2 sensor. could have been the whole manifold. but the heat sheild was in the way. After reading some of the other post on this .. i have been lead to believe it could be one of 3 things

Blown or bad apex seal.. I tested the car about 3 weeks ago before i started to really drive it and both of them pulled a little over 100 with a regular compression test.

Bad injector - a good possiblity

and Timing is off. that would explain the bad throttle response. and no power. .. what do you guys think ??

timing is not something that should be taken lightly.

it can and has blown motors.

i think you might be experienceing high EGT due to your timing.
