Check out the secondary injectors - that was my problem with full throttle hesitation.

93 octane? That might be your problem.

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/cons...tos/aut12.shtm

Try 87 and see if it persists. I might be wrong, but as I was told high octane (91+) was for either high compression, big bore, or turbo cars.

First of all, get rid of the octane booster (waste of money) and the high octane fuel (waste of money). Neither one of which should cause hesitation, but both are pointless.

Are your trailing wires on the correct plug?

Is the boost sensor hooked up?

Another thing to check is the wiring around the CAS. Clean the plugs on both sides, check the harness for splits, etc. If the CAS signal is breaking up then the ECU won't know when to fire.

AFM connections can cause this too, as can MAP connections (from my experience).

..TEST your Trailing Coil for Spark:Go to your Trailing Coil ..with the Engine Running..USE INSULATED PLIERS...Pull a Plug wire Off the Coil..To see if the Coil is Firing..if it is, it will shoot a Spark from the Coil to the plug wire.Enough to see with the Naked eye.,..Now Pull the Other Wire Off at the Coil..if it Sparks there too,Your Coil is Fine..IF it Does NOT spark from one side or the Other, then your Trailing Coil is BAD....I had a Bad Trailing Coil On one side of the Coil..The car would be fine until you start to Accelerate. Then it would Knock, and "ping" like teh Timing was off..That is what I found,Bad Trailing Coil.Afterwards,it would get up and Go like a scared rabbit!

i have a simillar problem only my car will not idle its a stock 88 N/a only thing different is i havent changed fuel sock nor wires but plugs were installed this week (i have yet to take off the intake manifold to look at that ground for secondaries as well) i havent got a hold of a multimeter to test impedance on any sensors yet working on that..... this idle problem has worsened since it got colder and has always been terrible with heat or a/c turn on at starting

any input on that fellas????????
