I have a slight problem when accelerating in my car. After about 4500 rpm up to about 5800 I dont make good power and then all of the sudden it kicks in and pulls hard to redline. Any ideas what could be causing this?

 

I know there is a write up on here somewhere. But ive heard a few people say grounds can cause some hesitation.
