Welll i have 2 problems with my 91 na rx7 i'll start with the first one latley clutch feels like its getting worn out the clutch will be down to the floor and sometime when the clutch is working fine when i try to put it in any gear it'll scratchh..i baught this car just about 2 months ago but before i baught it the previous owner said he changed the clutch to a exedy clutch sooo if true maybe he could have messed up????

2nd problem. everytime i turn the A/C on my car dies?!!? for example i get in the car i turn the **** to cold n then click a/c wierd part is when i turn the other **** from low to high i see the rpm dropping and i feel it slowly losing power n then jst a few second it diessss

can someone give me some input and help me with these problems!! its freakin hot outsidee!!! everytime im driving around even to the nearest gas station i feel like just going home and takin a showerrr cuzz of the heattttt

 

your clutch may be failing because the slave or master cylinder. Might want to replace both of them.

 

There should be a device that compensates for the increased engine load brought on by the A/C or heater; This would raise the idle if either were activated. This device is probably toast..I've forgotten the name/location of it, but I'm sure somebody else will chime in.

As for the clutch, first off, check your fluid resevoir, if empty fill it then pump the clutch till you re-gain pressure. After that, bleed the system. if problem still persists, replace both you clutch master and slave cylinder, as well as the slave cylinder hose (all 3 parts new from Mazdatrix for $130).
