ok so there is two green wires and two red wires and one black going to the passanger switch. I get power to the black wire. One of the green and one red goes to the motor on that side of the car. So does it switch the polority to make it go up and down???

this is how it works. the black wire is the ground the black with a red stripe is power, damn i have had a few beers so bear with me.

on one side you have a power and a ground, those go to the battery and to the ground (obviously). the red with black stripe connects to the power to go up and the ground to go down. the green with black stripe connects to power to go down and ground to go up. so you have to have two connections for each operation.

the passenger side is the same except you use the green with white and red with white.
