HELP w/ FUEL LEAK

Ok I took off the access panel (in the hatch) to look at the tank and noticed that the leak is coming from the panel that the fuel pump is hooked up to. Right now I have the pump out and what I'm wondering is if maybe the little rubber gasket is shot. When I put it back together should I be sealing it with anything besides the rubber gasket or no?

Just the rubber gasket but I would see if I could get a new one from Mazda.
