Question Help timing 13b

can someone please tell me the procedure for making sure my timing is correct on my 1989 stock 13b rx-7 in the easiest and most comprehensive way .. thank you ..

p.s. ... please dont reply and say to read the book ... thanks

The jpgs below come from the ENGINE ELECTRICAL section of the series five FSM that is online. I don't have anything to add to what they wrote in the FSM. Seems straight forward..to me.
