Help: Sub Zero System Hookup, Won't Start, Clutch Safety Switch Not Working

First off... this seems to be a silly idea but i bought an 91 rx7 S5 NA with the tranny and motor out of it...

Here are my problems:

1. I have finally somewhat piece all the "puzzle" back together except for a couple of things... For example... I have not connected the sub-zero starting system because i do not know what wires and where the hose connects to... it seem like all the hose lines have been connected... thats one of the first problem...

2. I have bought new plugs and wire and battery... Everytime i try to crank the car it seems like it wants to turn over but cant...

3. I put it in first gear and when i crank it. the car goes forward while the clutch is still pushed down...

If anyone out there that could help me out... I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Don't connect the system. Remove the tank and cap the connection on the lower intake. The system doesn't work, it never did, and Mazda issued a TSB to remove it.

So the engine doesn't rotateat all? Can you manually rotate it by hand?

So the engine does turn? These two statements contradict each other.

If the engine cranks in gear, then the clutch safety switch (neutral safety switch) is disconnected.

I got the car to turn over once, just for a quick second... but it died off... a good bit of smoke came out of it...

My friend told me that i have to get new spark plugs again... he said when he had seen someone gone through 4 sets of new plugs in order to get the car running... Is this true?

It sounds like it's just been sitting a while.
The smoke is form the oil the kept it from seizing.
You can pull & clean the plugs if they foul.
Rotaries need good cranking speed to build enough compression to fire.
If the AFM is not connected the motor may start to run then quit.

Did it start?

Some definitions that people seem to get confused on:

Crank: To rotate the engine with the starter
Turn over: The act of rotating the engine with the starter
Run: Engine rotating under it's own power
Start: The engine catching after cranking and beginning to rotate under it's own power

My friend told me that i have to get new spark plugs again... he said when he had seen someone gone through 4 sets of new plugs in order to get the car running... Is this true?
You should not go through plugs like that. If the engine is flooded, often you can just dry the plugs. Try putting some oil into each lower spark plug hole to build up compression.

Put Tranny Fluid in the Leading Plugs and starter fluid in the intake... At first the car starts and the idle was from 700 to 1000 for the first 5 min... Then it idled at 1500 and sound really really good but then died off...

I keep trying with the started fluid and car cranks but then dies... not even reach 1000 like before...

also when i try to start the car and put some gas in... it turns over when i kept giving it gas...
