I know this is just about the 3rd thread ive made about this but this time ive got a ne question. Up untill now ive been workign on it on the street and now its in my garage. Well I notice now that as soon as I activate the fuel pump (manually) I hear a very noticable hissing comign from under/behing the manifolds. It only occurs when the fuel pump is on. I also triple checked the afm connections and made sure it was seated horizontally.

All seems well and everything seems connected but yet the car still wont start, the motor is getting no fuel.

 

if you jumper the fuel plug at the passengers front shock tower, do you get fuel???
