Help! slow rev in netural or driving

Ok I have searched and searched google and other wise...
Car: both my rx7s one is a 89 rx7fc turbo, second is 88 fc n/a
Issue: both cars are way sluggish flood right away my )n/a has a switch wired into the fuel pump to unflood it turbo has been unflooded as well. spark plugs cleaned
after getting them to start they will idle but under wot it takes a while for them to reach any kind of rpm and will finally go to red line, no smoking both have oil and fresh fuel and clean plugs
the turbo car had all trailing plugs installed ..i did change them and wire correctly(just saved it from going to the junk yard from my cousin)
n/a car i was at a drift event and car was running at idle and then i went to leave the pit and would not rev. tink thinking either fuel pump or filter or cats plugged?any advise at all would be helpful.

So did this problem just occur? Like they worked fine one day, and the next they both had this problem?

You should post separate threads for the different cars and state specifics.
Holy Crap!.I got a headache trying to de-cypher what you were trying to say.
Also, If you are posting with a mobile device, give it time..If you see Error let it go for a minute..you double posted.

they both have the same issue
i just got the turbo a few days ago i noticed that the turbo had all trailing spark plugs so figured that i could easily replace plugs...i replaced the plugs and it revs better but still way slow, also the line running from the cat I think it opens the 5th and 6th port but either way i fixed that.
the car has a new turbo and all the vac lines seem ok i looked at all the lines i could find
all seem good but one that comes off the intercooler its a small line that runs to a solenoid and then to the intake mani. on the passenger side top of the engine i puged it off and i could clearly hear the turbo spool but still revs slow at wot
The turbo car doesnt smoke bad and starts after unflooding it and idles at about 1500 rpms will red line just takes it a while. thanks for your help sorry for the jumbled up post just at a loss...going to clear the cat out tonight to see if that helps

Now for the n/a car
i was at a drift event final run i went to change tires was running went to make a practice run then same issue would not freely accel bogs and i noticed the intake on both cars are loud more than normal.
and the n/a idles at about 1000 rpms i did adjust the idle because was low but ran it all weekend this way about 15 drift runs I did not adjust the tp sensor i did read that is a good idea but have no clue how to test the tps i did unplug it it idled better.
also the idle would surge 1000 to 1500 rpm like a cam lobe.
but still would not rev like normal has new plugs and wires and oil change before the event i do think this one maybe the fuel pump but the n/a will not die and in the past my experience with fuel pumps they either cut out while driving or will not start at all
ALSO both cars have no check engine lights ...hope this helps im way scared that the apex seals are gone doing a compression test tonight on both cars
