HELP!!! (regarding clutch system)

When I depress the clutch peddle, there used to be an intermittant click, it would cross my mind, and I would blow it off as the TOB reseating itself and straightining itself out, but now every time I depress the peddle the are like 1, 2, or even 3-5 clicks. What is this? What is about to malfunction (If anything). Will it cost more than $200 to fix (all I have for things like this, I have access to lots more, but that is my savings for my turbo swap, and don't want to dig into it.) I have a 1988 Mazda RX7 vert 5spd n/a if you need that info. Thanks. Please respnd with helpful post only.

I'm actually getting a semi-loud clicking noise everytime the clutch pedal gets to a certain position. That being.. depressed about 1-2 inches. It happens on the way down and up. I havne't check it out yet though.
