latley my ps seems to work when it wants to. i think the pump is going out but everytime i have had a pump go out it just stops working not off and on like now. its not low on fluid, and i dont really have cash to spend on a part i dont need so please help

There is an electrical side to the PS system I would download the FSM and start there.

There is a switch on the bottom of the PS pump, check it out.
