Well it is set at .9 bar and the duty is set at .38 or maybe .36. I am not hitting .9 bar but I would like to.
I am happy with what I am running now for daily stuff but I just want everything to work properly.
Any recommendations on what to set the duty to?
I think that what I have it set at it should be ok.
but any advice is appreciated

Josh

I have the A channel set to .8 bar and the B channel set to .9 with the duty set to .70. I have the boost set to come on at 3000 rpm. I get .7 bar with less than 1/2 throttle and .9 is no problem. Im running a westeck EGT gauge in the down pipe and a Apexi A/F gauge(turbo timer). With my walbro fuel pump Im running .93 volts on my O2 meter and about 1300 deg. so I think I can still turn it up more. Im running a Apexi intake filter and a RB full 3" exhaust. Check for leaks from your itercooler to intake manifold, I had one when I first put it together. I still want to modify my inlet by replacing the stock rubber hose to the turbo.

I am going out tonight to check my vac lines.
If I remember correctly it is best to use carb cleaner?
Are there any main problems vac lines that I should check first?

Thanks,
Josh

My waste gate and turbo are stock, but I did renove my acv and smog pump. The vac lines around the turbo get hard and brittle. Had them break before. I had to glue the boost line into the plastic tube between the turbo and the itercooler. And yes if you want more boost start stepping up your duty cycle.
