can some help me! i bought a 88 s4 tII for 700.00 buck the thing was it had a burnt engine harness i replace oil line harness but with an n/a s4 harness injectors, manifold, gas hoses, water hoses. know the thing is it wont start. i steped on the clucth and turn the key everything shut off just when i press on the clucth peddle but when i dont press on it it would not shut off it what so ever but wont turn on what should i do

 

dead battery, charge or replace the battery
