hey there everyone, ive been having some pretty crap luck trying to get myself some pintle caps for my injectors. its like, the past part i really need to move ahead to put the entire engine back together....... i got some off ebay a while ago, and they were completely the wrong ones+size.

if anyone on here has a source for ones that they KNOW for a fact fit, please let me in on it? i was told after i get the right ones, i can just take it to a diesel/turbo shop and they will probably just press the caps on for free. i had a shop press on the old ones, but they split down the side and were obviously LE WRONG!

anyone else on here have a hard time finding caps or a rebuild kit?

injectors are 2x550 and 2x720 DENSO injectors. the 720s are in good enough shape to use as is, but the 550s really need a refurb. im not looking to spend lots of money or to have my injectors shipped off somewhere for a month....i live in canada and just want a source to buy some caps and get it done so i can get my baby back on the road let me know about your guy's trials+tribulations with finding injector parts!

*edit* it appears mazdatrix doesnt like/wont ship stuff to canada, atleast not without a lot of hassle. anyone know a larger source for pintle caps? someone who accepts paypal?

 

Mazdatrix sells them. I've bought them in the past and they fit well. I buy from Mazdatrix all the time and have it shipped to London.

Also, just check the Yellow pages for an injection shop. They probably have some hanging around...
