Question Help OVER HEATING! Suggjections please.... (time constraint)

I have an 87 T2.

We replaced the, Waterpump, thermostat, Radiator and both Caps.

The water in the motor still boils and forces it out the cap on the thermostat housing. What else could be wrong?? The turbo is water cooled..... but there is no white steam/smoke out the exhaust. Need help don't want to kill my motor.

going to dig into it more tonight but need direction.. any ideas??????

The Search function will really help you out, especially if you have time constraints. BUT, I see you've replaced lots of it, did you also flush your system as well? Proper mix of coolant/water? Used Mazda OEM thermostat and caps ONLY? If you used an aftermarket thermostat, that'll possibly be a problem for you. Is your radiator clear of debris, fan clutch working? There's much to check and like I said, it's all available if you search the forum for it. Good luck!
