After I got the swap done I started up the car and the OIL pressure gauge read 110 I thought this was very odd then after 5 minutes of running the motor the gauge shot down to 0(well all the way to the bottom not really 0) any ways I changed the oil pressure sensor and still nothing, is it my oil pump? and if so do I ned to take the damned motor out or what?.....ANY suggestions........please any help would be usefull thanks.

Check the thermal pellet by pass valve in the front of the eccentric shaft to see if its closing or not.. I think its suppose to extend 6mm at 140 degree if I remember correctly, if it is not sealing, it will cause low oil pressure once the oil gets warm..Max

 

hey max were is this thermal bypass valve?...and what does it take to fix it thanks.
