Help me with some troubleshooting?

So I'm pretty sure my 87 13B N/A has a blown apex seal, but I'm not sure. I have no power whatsoever, lots of white smoke, and it won't hold an idle until it warms up, and when it does idle, the idle is very low (around 500 rpms). If you have any ideas, hit me up!!

The white smoke says "coolant in combustion". (Like a piston engine with a blown head gasket.)
The rotary's equivalant of a blown head gasket is a leaking combustion O-ring.

To confirm this, you should be seeing combustion gas bubbles in the radiator.
Also the exhaust will have a coolant smell.
Without the above clues, it's something else.

The apex seal is internal. It can only leak compression internally.

Yes, check for champagne (bubbles in the coolant) on the filler neck, and do a compression test and put your doubts to rest (or hopefully not, remove all doubt).
