help me build a 12 sec FC with street tires or close to it.

here are the things i am thinking about doing

89 TII

13BT streetported engine
3" DP, MP, CB
Greddy TD06-SH or HKS TO4E kit (can't decide on which one to get)
Apexi Power FC
ACT stree/strip clutch
9.5lb flywheel
Koni Blues
Eibach lowering springs

what else do you think i need? and do you think i could do this with 7-9k?
any comments or suggestions would be appricated.

 

The cheapest way to do it is to buy initialD_fc's setup that he has for sale. It has everything you need (except motor) for under 3k and will get you deep into the 12's and maybe hi 11's.

screw the name brand turbo kits. you can just get a t04 turbo and a manifold for way less. then fab up some oil/water lines. there is no power FC in north america. go with haltech e6k, it's better anyways. you want new injectors, 4x720cc would be fine. also bigger fuel pump. you need a big FMIC. you can do this for your limit as long as you do atleast some of the work yourself. or know someone who works for cheap

 

what kinda fuel pump should i upgrade to?
and how much is the e6K over the power FC?
