So my door handle broke on the driver side and I used J-Rats quick fix. Then I shut my door and locked it. Now I can still get in on the passenger side, but the driver lock will not go up no matter how hard I pull. Does anyone know a way I could pop the door open?

get a metal ruler(slim jim) and place it between the door and window right above the handle. Fish around and eventually you will press down the rod to open the door.

The door handle fix does work haha. And I have tried using pliers, saftey wire, string all kinds of things to pull on the rod and I can't get it.

 

you dont want to pull on it, you want to push on the rod in order to open up the door

 

I will give it another try. Any other ways to pop it open?

 

Take off the door panel to get to the inner workings.
