Unhappy Help with manual window

Hey guys, just need a little help with my 86 N/A. So basically I know my window regulator is shot. It won't go up and down because the handle is jammed stuck. Even if I reef on it, the handle turns a bit, but the window remains closed.

So basically I need to know what part needs to be purchased for this MANUAL window, and if it is easy enough to install myself. P.S I have searched plenty, and all findings were for electric windows.

Just replace the entire window carriage from a donor car, Not that hard to do. Take off your door panel and look at the mechinism first, there may be something interfering with it.

And by the way, 'reefing' on a part that is not working properly, usually makes it worse. In the end it almost always cost more to fix.

OK cool, by the way, when I say "reefing", I am just stressing how hard it is to move the handle, I am always gentle with my baby .
Just a thought though, wouldn't it be easier to just purchase the part connected to the handle. I have already opened up the door panel and to me it looks like a small piece to replace. Also I noticed a thin metal wire dangling around. (Probably should be connected to a pulley of some sort). But it's just to hard to work in between the door. Can you take off more than just the door panel, cause it's just too hard to see whats going on inbetween where the window is.

It is all one unit, including the crank wheel. Take out the glass and then the bolts for the unit. Assembly in reverse order.

Make sure that dangling wire isn't caught up in the mechanism. That might be the problem. Also make sure the wire isn't hot, find out where it went and what it does.

How exactly do you take out the window?
