Help Low RPM's=Puffing Blue

Hey guys, I'm having a couple problems with my freshly rebuilt engine.

During cruising at low rpms 1000-1500 rpms it'll puff alot of blue.

Or revving in nuetral it will smoke when comming back down to 1500rpm or so for a second.

During idle most of the time it won't smoke, but exhaust smells very oily

Puffing Between shifts(I haven't seen it but a car that followed my for a hour or so claimed i was and that he could tell when i shifted due to smoke)

It's not puffing at all during any high rpms

My OMP is still installed, could it be causing it? Theres also a vacuum line(the spider of vac lines going to the omp injectors) that keep popping off, could this be causing part of this?

My turbo is on it's way out, could this be the culpret of all of these things?

Engine was rebuilt 4000km ago...

Any opinions appreciated.

Blue smoke is an indication of burn oil...possibly could be oil control rings are giving....or your oil is thinned out

Done this for a couple oil changes, pretty much since the rebuild almost. What could cause my control rings to do that? I haven't overheated or ran it dry on oil ever. It's seen Quaker State 20w50 since the rebuild. No way it's the turbo?

do this: go get on alot of boost for a few minutes, then come back down to idle and see if it smokes. if it only smokes at idle after boosting alot, the turbine in your turbo is blown.

if you start the car and just let it warm up, and its smoking just sitting there without boosting, its probably the motor and not the turbo.

Pop the hose going from turbo to intercooler and feel around. If theres oil there then the turbo is gone on cold side. If not and you're still spewing smoke and since it just had a rebuild I'd look more suspiciuosly at the hot side of turbo. Mine recently just went and had the same symptoms as yours but a lil worse.
