HELP: low rpm at idle and "d" position

hi, my vert 7 has no problem to startup, and runs fine, excep, it seems to be in low rpm. when I start it up to normal running temp, its rpm is only about 600. I tried to adjust the intake screw, and it won't help much.

when the car running in "D" position, let's say I stop in front of a light or stop sign, the rpm seems go even lower to 300 rpm, but it never died.

i have changed the air filter, spark plug wiring. wonder any other things to check?

thanks

BAC maybe? Honestly though if its not dieing i wouldn't worry it. I've caught my automatic at super incredibly low rpms sometimes too. Hasn't had any douwnsides other than having longer to the power range.
