I would make sure your plugs/wires/coilpacks were in good shape.

DUDE..if the car can get enough Fuel to Start,it Will..if it Can't Suck enough fuel from the Tank to Run the car past IDLE..then I am leaning towards fuel Filter.you've already Replaced the plugs, wires etc..The other thing that I would look at is whether the Trailing wires are on correctly,.,but you haven't mentioned that the car Misses on idle or Backfires Under load.

I see what your saying. I'm going to look over the spark plug wires just for the hell of it, and pull off the fuel filter. It didnt miss when it was idling, but now it wont start. turns over, but wont start. The thing is I broguht the car home a week ago and it has sat in storage all winter.

Then By all means..Check the compression..If it Sat awhile then the seals may be sticking, and that Could be a Factor there. You never mentioned that It Won't Start now(be specific)..so,#1 check compression,#2:If that is good, then Replace fuel Filter.#3:..make sure that the Fuel lines are on Correctly, and the wires are on correctly..you should also,RIGHT NOW,check the plugs and See if they are WET.If they are Wet then you are getting Fuel,But it Depends on HOW MUCH Fuel you are getting too.It Factors down to alot of stuff.(Injectors?)..it's just hard to "diagnose" an Engine when it's not in front of you.

Check the vac lines to the injector bleeds as well. My car (a stick, but stalled under load) did a very similar thing when those vac lines were cracked.
