Question Help idle stuck at 2000Rpm even after warm...

OK, uhm, what happened... I unplugged the logicon unit and removed it... Afterwards the car idles at 2k Rpm, at all times. Driving it, come to a stop and she idles at 2k Rpm, hot, cold, whenever... LOL what did I do?
looked at FSM and dont quite understand instructions... (im rotary retarted but learning so work with me pls!)...
FSM says something about a jumper... (im lost..) I'll be here all day pretty much in the garage trying to set idle.. but I am bound to run into a snag here and there because I really don't know the rotary engine just yet...
Thanks guys!!!

idling that high means that either something is keeping the throttle open, something is letting more air into the engine, or you got a vacuum leak. Some more info on the car would be nice. Series, emissions stuff still on it, manual or automatic etc.
