HElP!! Idle Dances When Headlights are on

I have a 91n/a....when i stop at a red light only with my headlights on my idle starts to dance( between 300 and 800rpm) .... I adjusted the tps its dead on... and swaped bac valves...tested alternator output....nothing seems to work....has anyone had this problem?? The car runs fine without any substantial electric load....
Would adjusting the secondary throttle plates help??

I had this on my series 4. Soon as I put the lights or the wipers on the tacho would go nutz. Turned out the Alternator was on the fritz.

Try increasing the idle speed a little.

If the alt is going bad, it will slow the engine down if a load is being drawn on it

alt should be around 14 with no load and around mid to high 13 with full load at idle. No lower than 13 with full load at idle. These numbers might not be the most accrate but they are the number i got before and after i changed my alt.
