help identifying wire

Yes, and if you measured the voltage on pins 3G, 3A and 2R w/key to on they should also have pert near 0 voltage since these are the ECU grounds. If these have voltage like measured at the check connector than your engine ground is no good.

And are you sure you didn't get the two wires at the check connector confused. Might want to measure them again. Brown should have voltage and Black no voltage w/key to on.

Also, the ground wires to the TPS, Variable Resistor, Pressure Sensor, Water Thermosensor, IAT and Atmospheric Sensor should also be 0 volts w/key to on.

all checked out good im going to verify my fuel lines as well. cause when the jumper was in and fuel pump on it still wouldnt start.

i found a link that shows most if not all the plugs in the engine bay. so im going to use it and go 1 by 1 making sure that they are all plugged in (if needed). the only other thing i remembered is that while taking the motor out i accidentally broke the o2 sensor wire and forgot about it. i never bout a new o2 sensor but i dont think that its causeing the car to turn over but not start

just want to see if anyone can verify that number 13 goes to starter? I can get my 7 to turn over, has spark, im troubleshooting fuel but it will not start

thanks satch, I figured i was beating a dead horse with that last post. Once I get back home im gona start troubleshooting the fuel system issue i may be having.
