Help, I cant get the key out ignition

I cant get the key out ignition. Has this happened to anyone? And is there anyway to get it out?

Uhh....did you push and turn?
Also your steering could be locked, try turning your wheel.

yeah shake your steering wheel left and right. it happens to me all the time.
