heater trouble

ell i changed the logicon on my 86 gxl for one off a 91 gxl....but the problem with the heater/ac is still going...( the blower only works when i have the switch at max and turn the car on, but it blows out air not heat or a/c)....can anyone tell me what to do?

The other component that controls this is the air mix motor I believe.

Air mix motor controls the hot and cold
The air mode motor controls the location of the air flow
The Logicon and blower amp control the speed that the blower works at.

Since you have some many things not working, have you checked the fuses and the plugs in the back of the logicon?

And your (swingking) bump has been deleted. Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen technical section, and frankly a bump in less than 24-48 hours (well alone in just 3 hours) is rude anywhere.

the thing blows but only when u have it on max and crank up the motor, if the car is already runnig, it will not work....and sorry about the bump i didnt know
