HELP--GTU Problem-Engine Breakup After Warmed Up!!

My brothers '89 GTU has a problem. After the car warmes up for about 15-20 min, the engine starts to break up after 1/4 throttle. It doesnt matter what RPM you are running.....anything past 1/4 throttle tries to choke the motor. During the first 15 min, the car runs excellent. Heres what we have done:

Replaced the Fuel Pump
Replaced the Fuel Filter (both pump and filter had 130k on them)
Replaced the Spark Plugs.

Now the spark plugs were WASTED! They had about 30k on them and they were toast. They looked like they had about 300k on them (looked like a lack of fuel)

Does anyone have any idea of what the problem is? We were going to change the plug wires, and i have a spare Mass Air Flow Sensor laying around to try....other than that, im kinda at a huge loss. Any ideas would be wonderful!

Thank you ALL!

not getting enough fuel... could be the ecu.. bad grounds.. when your car warms up it will add extra fuel till its warm so you dont ruin the engine if you rev it up and in the TB a plate will be closed till your car is warm.. look at the fuel problem first.. make sure your getting it still.. i have no real idea what it could be but im saying computer...

Vacuum leak, clogged cats, or both. Also, be sure to adjust the TPS.

check this out..my car had similar problems..Check the clips where the wires for the fuel injectors meet..in my case one of the clips were lost causing the clip to be half on half off..this caused the car to feel like it was chocking to death..try it see wht happens..
