HELP going back to somewhat stock setup

i've decided that if i finish this build im currently working on with my T2 im gonna end up doing something wrong and blowing my motor, because im new to turbo setups and i really have no one to help me grasp the concept, so i want to go back to stock setup but still have a little kick without throwing away all my mods ive gotten so far, some of the things id like to downgrade is my turbo, go back to having the top mount ic (unless i can keep my fmic) and i wanna keep my bov(cant help but love the pshhh

if anyone can help me out here are my current mods:

-Hks intake cone
-Rtek 1.8 ecu

-turbo specs:
P trim turbine wheel
V trim compressor wheel
T3 thrust bearing
Dynamic seal
Turbo piston seal
T4 back plate
T3 thrust collar
Turbonetics Vtrim 2.75 compresssor housing

-hks ssqv
-tre performance 255 lph fuel pump
-4 inch thick, 12 inch high, 27 inch long, 3 inch inlet and outlet fmic
-4 550c injectors rebuilt by rc engineering
-new fuel pressure regulator

-and apparently my motor is street ported, im not really sure how to tell but the guy i purchased it from said it was.

the parts i was going to buy before i decided to go back to stock were:

AEM Uego
Apexi SAFC II
rc engineering 750cc injectors
upgrade to rtek 2.1

id like to know what i can get rid of/what i still need to downgrade

I like how you quit right before buying the parts that would keep your car from possibly blowing up

lol, well i got demoted at my job and ive lost a good like 20 hours a week so i dont have the money like i used to, cause i mean to be honest each of those parts is like 300$ a piece and thats a little less than a whole paycheck for me, so its gonna take me like at least 3 more months to get the rest of the stuff and my t2 is my only car right now and i know i cant run it how it is now so instead of buying another car im trying to go back to somewhat stock..my reason for wanting to do this is so i can get a new job, have a car to drive etc etc i didnt want to have to go into extreme detail but i guess i had to haha.

put the stock turbo back on, keep the fuel pressure regulator if it's already installed (set base pressure to 36psi @ atmospheric pressure, as set by the fuel pump check connector with engine off), run 550/720 or keep the boost down below like 10psi or so (meaning you will need some exhaust restriction or a big wastegate). You should NOT be running Rtek 1.8 unless you have 720/720 in your car. If you go back to stock injectors you will have to send the ECU back to them and get it rechipped to a 1.5 . or 1.7 for 550/720 .
